Research

During the period from (2001-2009), USADA budgeted $2 million per year to support research related to the deterrence of the use of performance-enhancing drugs in sport. The broad range of anti-doping research activities previously undertaken by USADA has been assumed by the Partnership for Clean Competition.  USADA still considers funding research projects that have been presented to the PCC (or WADA) first based on the guidelines from the USADA Research Priorities Policy. In the section below, you can find detailed information about the past and current USADA-funded research and its impact on anti-doping science.
