| USADA's Doping Control Officers (DCOs) are the key component of our doping control program. As representatives of USADA, DCOs conduct both Event and Out-of-Competition (OOC) testing of athletes involved in the Olympic Movement within the United States. Assisted by our doping control staff, DCOs receive assignments for testing at designated competitions, and for OOC testing of elite level athletes throughout the year. |
